If you enter into a Tenancy Agreement with any party introduced directly or indirectly by Golden Eagle International Ltd, a commission becomes payable at the commencement of the tenancy equal to 10% of the total rent payable under the Tenancy Agreement. This commission does not commit Golden Eagle International Ltd to property management or other lettings services and does not make it liable for responsibilities relating to the tenancy.
