Bulk billing is available from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm for standard appointments only and Medicare cardholders. Fifteen-minute telehealth appointments are also bulk billed during these hours for Medicare cardholders, provided the patient has had a face-to-face appointment with the doctor they are booking within the past 12 months.
