Inspections cover accessible areas and components including electrical work, plumbing and drainage, windows and doors, fittings and fixtures, joinery, internal and external walls, underfloor space and foundations, roof exterior and roof space, driveways and paths, retaining walls and fencing, outbuildings, guttering and downpipes. Reports are completed in accordance with Australian Standard AS4349.1-2007 and delivered digitally within 24 hours. Pricing is fixed with no hidden fees, although travel fees are usually not included and the online quotation may change if additional rooms are identified or a travel fee applies.
