Contact us within 24 hours of making your booking with details of the website. Eligibility requires an existing reservation made through our own website, that you are still within the cancellation period, that the lower price is still available and bookable online, and that it is for the same room, check-in and check-out dates, room type, and booking conditions, such as breakfast included or non-refundable. Group, corporate, wholesale, associate and travel package rates do not qualify. Travel agent package rates and promotions do not apply, including booking basic via booking.com.
