If within 24 hours of booking you find a lower published retail rate on another website for the same hotel, room type, number of guests, payment policy, cancellation policy and check-in and check-out dates, call the hotel direct before check-in to register a claim. Once the lower rate is verified, Adina will match it and apply a further 10% off the reservation. Claims must be made by calling the hotel direct and are subject to the Best Rate Guarantee policy. Corporate, package promotion, wholesaler, group travel, online auction, member-only, government and other discount rates are excluded. The guarantee is not valid with any other offers, promotions or discounts.
