Rates are per room or suite per night, subject to change and may vary on certain days of the week. A credit card is required at booking, but no charges are made until check-out. There is no charge for bookings cancelled by 14:00 London time, 48 hours prior to arrival. Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is at 12pm. Bookings must be made 48 hours in advance. Rates include VAT and are subject to a 5% discretionary service charge. Blackout dates and special event cancellation policies may apply. A further 15% discretionary service charge applies in all Food and Beverage outlets. For suite and apartment bookings, guaranteed early check-in from 6am and late check-out until 10pm are available, subject to availability. Estimated arrival and departure times must be provided within 24 hours of arrival. This suite and apartment benefit was valid until 31 March 2025.
