A Gippsland-sourced steak aged for a minimum of 40 days in the dry ageing room, weighing between 800g and 850g. Grilled to your liking and served with Cornbread Fries and three house-made sauces: salsa verde, pepper sauce and horseradish sauce. Designed to be shared. Please allow about 40 minutes for the steak.
