A six-hour, face-to-face interactive practical Barista Coffee Course at the Melbourne CBD training centre. The course covers hygiene procedures and food hazards, coffee history and origins, grind management and dosing, coffee machine start-up and breakdown, creating different coffee styles, milk texturing, and tasting and understanding coffee ranges and strengths. The cost is $100.00 per person and includes course materials and a digital certificate of completion. The course is not nationally accredited, has no prerequisites or entry requirements, and participants must bring proof of identification.
