A multiple-course tasting menu reflecting Simon's signature style and farm-to-fork ethos, created by executive chef Oli Marlow and head chef Charlie Tayler. The tasting menu is priced at £195, taken as pre-payment. Wine pairings and drink packages are available separately and charged on the night. A discretionary 15% service charge will be added to the bill at the end of the meal. Dietary requirements must be provided 14 days before the reservation.
