Partitioned artist studios are available now for a long-term or ongoing lease from $105 per week or $455 per month, both excluding GST. Each studio is 5m x 4m with natural light, 24 hour access and internet. The lease includes use of the kitchen and communal area for projects, exhibitions and pop-up shops. Occupants pay for the month ahead and must give one month's notice before vacating. The space is not suitable for woodworkers or sound artists unless work is done on headphones.
