The annual membership fee is $4,200 per year, payable annually or quarterly. Children under 26 are included for no extra fee. The fee for adults age 27 to 33 is $2,100 per year. Benefits include expanded consultations and office visits in an unhurried environment, a 90-minute annual screening physical with lab work and a comprehensive review, same or next day appointments for regular visits, direct 24/7 availability by cell phone, and physician-to-physician coordination with medical specialists. Except for the annual physical, members are charged for each office visit and additional services. Insurance co-pays are collected at visits and insurance is billed for office visits. The annual fee does not include care from other physicians, hospitalization, medications, or other outside services. The practice is currently closed to new patients.
