Rate card for events at the Amphitheatre from July 2026 to June 2027. Unreserved use for 0 to 20 people is free. A 3-hour hire for 21 or more people is $440. Additional hours are $140 per hour. Miscellaneous charges may include a supplier escort at $100 per vehicle, a ranger at $75 per hour with a 4-hour minimum, and an alfresco event photography permit at $320. All fees are GST inclusive. Event booking duration includes set-up and pack-down. Maximum of two supplier escorts per booking, and additional miscellaneous charges may apply. The minimum booking period is 3 hours, with the option to add further hours during Garden opening times. This is a bare site hire and includes exclusive use of the location, including set-up and pack-down time.
