Amazon pickup locations are available at no additional cost. Packages can be delivered to a self-service Amazon Locker, where they are held securely for three days, or to a staffed Amazon Counter, where they are held for seven days. If you cannot pick up your package within the designated time frame, Amazon will automatically return it and issue a refund.
