Individuals need the invoice or a copy without value, invoice letter, owner's ID, CURP and proof of address in the State of Mexico in the name of the person listed on the agency invoice. To qualify for vehicle renewal, the vehicle must cost no more than $464,000.00 MXN including VAT and must be registered within the first 15 days after the invoice is issued. Companies must provide the invoice, articles of incorporation, updated tax status certificate, company proof of address in the State of Mexico, legal representative's ID and notarized power of attorney. Company-owned vehicles pay vehicle ownership tax regardless of value.
