Registration of disability plates in Mexico City. Value: $6,500.00 MXN. New vehicles require the DIF disability benefit card, invoice, INE or passport, proof of address and the benefit card as an indispensable requirement. Used vehicles with private plates require the DIF benefit card, invoice, current circulation card, current-year vehicle tax payment, INE or passport, proof of address and plate cancellation or the vehicle plates for cancellation. The government does not issue disability plates to companies.
