Rent includes council tax, gas, water, electricity, broadband, TV licence and regular cleaning of the common areas. Rooms are furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, chair and lamp. A holding deposit of one week's rent is required while references are checked and is added to the Deposit Protection Service protected deposit when the rental contract is signed. There are no other fees or charges unless the contract is broken early.
