The service charge is 40p per ft2 per month and includes fibre optic internet with 24/7 support, water, commercial waste and recycling, and buildings insurance. Electricity is metered separately. Business rates are excluded, although most tenants are expected to qualify for small business rates relief or exemption, subject to application to Ealing Council. All prices are exclusive of VAT.
