Customers with accommodation bookings or flight tickets through Airy for stays or flights after 31 May 2020 were advised to request a refund through Airy Customer Service by 6 June 2020. Rescheduling flights or relocating accommodation was not available. Customers could contact Airy Customer Service for refund status information.
