Waiting time is charged at $0.75 per minute after 5 minutes, or $45 per hour. Oversize bicycle jobs incur a $10 charge. Packages over 25 pounds are charged the vehicle rate. Fragile items incur a $10 charge for bike items and $20 for vehicle items. Vehicle items over 25 pounds are charged at $0.50 per pound. Additional charges apply for incorrect or partial addresses. A 10% fee advance applies.
