The AC tune-up service includes checking refrigerant level and motor amp draws, checking and rinsing washable filters, analyzing motor operating temperature, checking temperature splits, inspecting the evaporator coil, cleaning the condenser coil, checking and installing client-supplied air filters, inspecting the condensate drain, checking unit input voltage and current, evaluating the compressor's load amperage rate, analyzing refrigeration pressures, temperatures and refrigerant charge, and checking indoor air quality products. One hundred percent of the cost of the tune-up is applied toward any failure.
