Details.
The air conditioning tune-up service includes checking refrigerant level and motor amp draws, checking and rinsing washable filters, analyzing motor operating temperature, checking temperature splits, inspecting the evaporator coil indicated by temperature splits, cleaning the condenser coil, checking the air filter and installing client-supplied filters, inspecting the condensate drain, checking unit input voltage and current, evaluating the compressor's load amperage rate, analyzing unit refrigeration pressures, temperatures and refrigerant charge, and checking indoor air quality products. The maintenance service helps keep the AC working at peak efficiency and decreases the chance of breakdowns. One hundred percent of the cost of the tune-up is applied toward any failure.
