Free to use when sending and receiving parcels with Australia Post. Collect a parcel, collect a missed delivery, or return a parcel anytime using a free 24/7 Parcel Locker. Parcel Lockers are available at more than 1,500 convenient locations nationwide. Parcels must be under 16kg and no larger than 35 x 44 x 61cm. Collection is available for 2 business days after arrival, after which the parcel is transferred to the nearest Australia Post facility for collection during business hours. A free MyPost account and identity verification are required.
