Participants can enhance a qualified promotion with USPS Informed Delivery to add a digital element to the mailpiece. The add-on provides a 1% discount on eligible mailpieces, plus an additional 0.5% incentive for eDoc submission. The promotion runs January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2027, with registration from October 15, 2026 through December 31, 2027. Eligible mail includes specified First-Class Mail automation letters, postcards, and flats, Marketing Mail automation letters and flats, Marketing Mail DDU-entered Carrier Route Saturation Flats, and comparable nonprofit mail.
