Registered mail owners who grow qualifying First-Class Mail or Marketing Mail volumes versus a defined threshold can receive a 30% postage credit for qualifying volume that exceeds the established threshold. Participants must meet all other requirements. Eligible mail includes qualifying First-Class Mail presort and automation letters, cards, and flats, and specified USPS Marketing Mail letters, flats, parcels, and saturation or carrier route mail.
