Participants who claim one of the USPS promotions can add an Informed Delivery digital element to their mailpiece. The add-on provides a 1% discount on eligible mailpieces, with an additional 0.5% incentive for eDoc submission. The promotion and registration are available throughout the 2026 calendar year. Eligible mail includes specified First-Class Mail automation letters, postcards, and flats, Marketing Mail automation letters and flats, Marketing Mail DDU-entered Carrier Route Saturation Flats, and qualifying Nonprofit USPS Marketing Mail automation and DDU-entered Carrier Route Saturation Flats.
