Federal government employee rates are effective as of January 1, 2026 and are subject to change throughout the year. Rates apply to standard rooms only and some blackout dates may apply. Surcharges may apply for bachelor/studio, one-bedroom suites, and kitchen suites, not including Abbotsford, Surrey-Guildford Suites, and Vancouver-Davie Suites. Rates are based on single occupancy. Extra person charges may apply for double, triple, or quad occupancy. A Government ID Card is required at check-in for business travel. If a Government ID Card is not produced, the rate will be converted to the Best Available Rate for Sandman Hotel Group and the Promotional Rate for The Sutton Place Hotels. Rates are not valid for leisure travel and are subject to availability, taxes, and applicable fees. Blackout dates may apply and vary by property. Rates cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or rates, and are non-commissionable. Other restrictions may apply. Continental breakfast is included at properties marked with an asterisk.
