This promotion encourages mailers to use catalogs as a marketing tool and provides a 10% discount. The promotion runs October 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, with registration from August 15, 2025 through June 30, 2026. Eligible mail includes USPS Marketing Mail, Marketing Parcels, and Nonprofit USPS Marketing Mail letters and flats that meet nonprofit and catalog definitions. The catalog must be at least 12 pages, bound, include a visual list of products or services offered for sale, provide enough information to place an order, and include fulfillment and ordering information.
