If your gem has fallen off within 14 days, it will be replaced for free only if it has fallen off with the glue and bonding. If there is any residue, have it removed first and book a new gem. One warranty per customer. The appointment is automatically cancelled if the rules are not followed, and the warranty expires if you do not show up. No warranty during sales.
