Every 3 and 4 year old in Scotland is entitled to 1140 hours of funded childcare from August 2020, with funding also available for eligible 2 year olds. You can claim up to 1140 hours per year once your child has turned 3, although some local authorities may only allow access from the term following the child's third birthday.
