Open Horizons offers coaching measures tailored to individual needs and goals: New Horizons, individual coaching with 100 UE; Over the Horizon, individual coaching with 200 UE; Navigator of Horizons, individual and group coaching with 200 UE; and The Formula of New Horizons with 200 UE. The measures are 100% funded by the Agentur für Arbeit or Jobcenter. An approved AVGS document is required before coaching can begin.
