Details.
Hard money and asset-based mortgage loans are available for purchases, refinances, fix-and-flips, and other real estate leverage scenarios. Borrowers can receive up to 65% to 70% of the property value, or 65% to 70% of the after-repaired value for renovation properties. Funding can cover up to 100% of the whole deal, including purchase or refinance and rehabilitation costs. Seller-held second mortgages may be allowed for additional leverage.
