Provide one-on-one support to help students develop appropriate behaviors, build self-confidence, and improve classroom functioning. Facilitate workshops for the school community and serve as a mentor to students. Youth advocates are in college or hold a bachelor's degree and have experience working with school-age children and adolescents.
