Based in Berlin with on-premise or hybrid working, this role shapes and continuously optimizes yacht insurance to meet the evolving needs of the market, partners and clients. Responsibilities include applying and refining underwriting principles, processing quotation requests for high value yachts, managing key customer and partner relationships, representing Sealogy at industry events and trade shows, and monitoring market trends and competitor activity. Candidates should have underwriting experience, ideally in Marine or Yacht Insurance, an interest in the yachting world, strong communication skills, a professional demeanour, collaborative working skills, and fluency in English plus at least one of Spanish, French, German, Italian, Greek or Portuguese.
