A two-week work placement program providing hands-on experience across personal injury cases and legal research tasks. The placement included working with a simulated client from initial interaction through to an informal settlement conference, drafting file notes and initial letters of advice, liaising with medical practitioners, contributing to the final stages of a matter, exploring public liability and medical negligence, and attending a Supreme Court hearing with a Brave Legal lawyer. The program also provided insight into Brave Legal's compassionate values, with support and mentorship from the team.
