A 17-month early career programme for young professionals interested in exploring different job roles within shipping. Depending on the chosen path, participants can gain hands-on experience and training in technical, crewing, assurance, accounting or seagoing careers, support a global project, receive coaching and mentorship from experts and department heads, and develop professional and life skills. A Buddy provides support with day-to-day tasks and helps participants build their network. Applicants must have graduated within the last two years with limited or no work experience, hold a qualification from a marine academy, college or university or a specialised technical diploma, have an educational background in maritime studies, engineering, business or accounting, and be fluent in English. The programme may lead to a full-time position in the participant's chosen department and offers global benefits including mental health support, flexible working hours, hybrid work and a starting salary.
