Hentys Lawyers is seeking an experienced lawyer in Wills, Estate Litigation and Probate who is interested in learning employment law and stepping into a leadership role. Responsibilities include running files autonomously while maintaining disclosure obligations, mentoring junior lawyers and law students, interacting with clients and third parties, managing competing deadlines, and collaborating on case strategy and client management. Applicants must have completed a Bachelor of Laws and have at least five years post admission experience in Wills and Estate Litigation. A passion for justice, the ability to handle difficult conversations, openness to different viewpoints, and knowledge of Affinity are valued, while knowledge of Redcrest is required.
