Provide individual support and group interventions to consumers, assist with service navigation, and contribute to the co-design of innovative mental health services. The role is person centred, strengths based, trauma informed and recovery driven, with a focus on peer and community led mental health services. Applicants need a minimum Certificate IV in Mental Health, at least two years of mental health experience in a similar community mental health role, experience working with consumers in co-design, an innovative and collaborative approach, a current Victorian Driver's Licence, the right to work in Australia, and National Police and Working with Children checks. Higher relevant qualifications are well regarded. The role offers the opportunity to help shape major mental health reform in Victoria within a partnership between Wellways, Mentis Assist and Peninsula Health.
