Wedding coordinator role for candidates with an understanding or exposure to events or the wedding planning industry and a minimum of 4 years of experience. Coordinators will be trained on the company's run-of-show systems for a minimum of 6 months and must be available to respond to team and client emails, calls, and texts during the work week. Candidates should be positive, dedicated, honest, willing to provide high-end experiences, assertive, able to carry large boxes, stand all day, think quickly, follow directions, and arrive early. Reliable transportation is required because work takes place at wedding venues throughout the Austin area. The position begins as an hourly assistant role to learn wedding systems and is not salaried. Coordinators are contracted and receive compensation after the wedding is completed.
