Lead the warehouse team in Wetherill Park and operate the warehouse efficiently and safely to support timely B2B and B2C deliveries across Australia. Responsibilities include managing warehouse operations, dispatch and receipt KPIs, leading 12 to 15 team members, maintaining safety and stock accuracy, managing drivers and freight partners, planning incoming deliveries, improving procedures, liaising with head office and recruiting and developing staff. Applicants need 3+ years of retail warehousing experience, forklift and driver's licences, team leadership experience, strong organisation and communication skills, computer skills and physical fitness.
