Destination BC is seeking qualified videographers for consumer-facing and corporate-facing materials. The work includes collaborating with Destination BC agency partners, suppliers and tourism partners; operating with a minimal crew; attending planning, briefing and content review sessions; managing or contributing to post-production; filming scenic visuals, interviews, businesses, events and corporate promotional video; directing models; working in remote outdoor locations with limited power and internet and variable weather; and providing select cuts, raw footage and audio recordings. Videographers should have experience filming landscapes, wilderness, wildlife, culture and city spaces, use their own or rented equipment, and be available to travel to locations and attend in-person briefings and meetings when required. Engagements are available on an as, if, and when requested basis, with approximately 10 projects per year historically, and are not guaranteed.
