Identifies and executes M&A mandates across low carbon transition-related sectors in Latin America, including renewable power, circular economy, industrial decarbonization, water and waste management. Develops pitch books, provides industry and market intelligence, manages transactions, coordinates deal participants, mentors junior staff, prepares presentations for senior management and boards, and performs financial analysis, valuation and long-term value creation analyses. Requires a bachelor's degree and five years of bulge bracket investment banking or financial advisory experience, or a master's degree and three years of such experience. Experience with Latin America transactions, cross-border execution, corporate finance, business plans and sustainability transition analysis is required. Located at 787 Seventh Avenue, New York, NY 10019. Remote work is permitted up to one day per week and travel to Latin America may be required. Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm, 40 hours per week. Salary is $179,088 to $260,000 annually.
