Serve the needs of Camp participants through clean-up, set-up, personal service, moving wine cases, chairs, tables, beer kegs, firewood and luggage, building fires, cooking meals, stocking refrigerators, delivering newspapers, making coffee, serving cocktails, washing dishes, scrubbing floors, doing laundry, making beds, and cleaning showers and campgrounds. Valets were closely supervised, assigned daily tasks, required to follow detailed instructions and a dress code, and expected to be available on a 24-hour basis, including evenings, weekends and on-call time.
