SEMCAS is accepting tutor applications. Tutors must be able to travel to client homes for in-person lessons, as the service is not an online platform. Applicants are asked about the subjects and levels they can teach, qualifications, teaching or childcare experience, travel distance, availability, desired workload, access to a car, Enhanced DBS status and Qualified Teacher Status. Work may range from a few hours per week to full time, 30 or more hours per week. SEMCAS can process an Enhanced DBS check if the applicant does not have one.
