Tutors choose their own availability and schedule, organise tutoring sessions and payments through tutor management software, and are matched with students by the Operations team. Applicants should have an in-depth understanding of an Australian curriculum, be passionate about teaching, be available to take on students, respond promptly to management and parents, provide great customer service, and be kind and compassionate. University graduates, high academic performers and teachers are welcomed. No formal tutoring experience is required, and a Working With Children's Check is required for paid work with people under 18 in Australia. Tutors earn between $30 and $60 based on experience, are paid fortnightly, and may receive pay increases and referral bonuses.
