Prospective casual tutors aged 17 years and 9 months or over must obtain a Working with Children Check for paid workers, submit the outcome letter to the school, arrange and attend an employment screening interview by appointment, and provide the required forms, original identity documents, BSB and bank account number, and Tax File Number. Screening takes approximately 30 minutes and is available during office hours from 9.00am to 3.00pm. Employment may begin after the required screening results have been received and clearance has been confirmed.
