GRIPS Theater is seeking a tenant for the bar at the Hansaplatz venue in Berlin, starting immediately or by 26 August 2026 at the latest. The role includes operating the bar at all afternoon and evening performances and opening at least one morning per week. A hot lunch service for the production team during final rehearsals is also desired. Opening hours are at least one hour before performances until at least one hour after they end, and two hours for premieres. The venue offers a 7.35 m² sales area, a 7.5 m² small catering kitchen with modern equipment and basement storage. A takeover against compensation is possible but not required. The flat rent is EUR 500 per month, including water, electricity and cleaning costs for the dining area.
