Provide and develop trauma-informed, community-based supports for children, youth, young adults, and foster or adoptive families. Duties include partnering with families to support their goals and needs, developing and facilitating enrichment programs and intergenerational activities, creating inclusive environments that promote social and emotional growth, supporting interns and volunteers, facilitating collaborative problem solving, and using technology and creative approaches to maintain community connection. Qualifications include knowledge of human development, attachment, trauma, loss, foster care, adoption, and kinship care; program development experience; cultural humility; a commitment to anti-racism and equity; strong relationship-building, listening, group facilitation, collaboration, computer, and technology skills. Experience supporting foster, adoptive, or kinship families and an MSW or master's degree are preferred, though equivalent education or experience will be considered. This is a 30 to 37.5 hour per week position with some early evening and occasional weekend hours. Benefits include health, dental, life, short-term and long-term disability insurance, vacation and sick time, and 11 paid holidays. Salary is $50,000 to $58,000 based on full-time, 37.5 hour weeks, education, and experience.
