Wings Global Travel is seeking travel consultants to provide first class service to the LATAM client base and international accounts from Rio de Janeiro. Duties include processing and responding to travel requests and changes, sourcing and booking land, sea and air travel worldwide, providing guidance and documentation within prescribed time frames, ensuring quotes and documentation meet travel policy requirements, advising on visa and health requirements, using approved preferred suppliers, and monitoring travel related issues that may affect bookings. Applicants need previous experience in a corporate travel consulting role, mandatory GDS experience with Sabre and Amadeus, excellent verbal communication skills in Spanish and Portuguese, the ability to speak, read and write in English, and effective business writing skills.
