Oasis Travel is looking for trained travel or tourism professionals for its travel agency team in Berlin-Friedrichshain, starting immediately. Responsibilities include selling the full range of tourism services, advising and inspiring customers, actively acquiring and retaining customers through personal, telephone, email, internet and social media communication, corresponding with customers and service providers, helping optimise workflows, and supporting the team with all travel agency duties. Applicants should have completed training as a travel agent or tourism agent, with travel agency experience desirable, strong specialist, product and destination knowledge, experience using reservation and booking systems, very good spoken and written German, sales and consulting skills, a target and service-oriented approach, an interest in modern technology and multimedia communication, and a communicative, committed personality with strong team spirit.
