This full-time hybrid role involves independently managing litigation caseloads from intake through resolution, drafting motions, discovery responses, and legal memoranda, conducting depositions, attending court appearances, arguing motions, communicating with clients, collaborating on case strategy, participating in settlement negotiations, and preparing for trial. Qualifications include a JD from an accredited law school, active and good standing membership with the California State Bar, and 3+ years of litigation experience handling transportation matters. Exceptional legal writing, oral advocacy, and analytical skills are required. State courtroom experience is strongly preferred, while trial experience is a plus.
